Movies Have Beautiful Messages

They weren't meant to be together.

I keep seeing people talk trash about La La Land when they haven't even seen the movie. They think it's just about tap dancing and singing. Yes, a big part of the movie is dancing and singing. The whole movie is dancing and singing BUT there is a message behind it.

Mia and Sebastian weren't meant to be together forever. They were meant to be each other's push. The push that led them to finally reach their dreams.

From what I take from this movie is to never stop chasing your dreams no matter who comes in the way or how long it takes and I think that's a beautiful message. Don't give up on your dreams. Keep chasing your dreams no matter what.

That's a message that I am in need of right now personally so I guess that's one of the reasons why I love the movie so much.

Yes, I love romance and it breaks my heart that they didn't stay together forever and live happily ever after. They did live happily ever after though, not with each other but with their dreams.
